A well-seasoned marketing professional, Liane has over two decades of B2B and B2C experience in a variety of industries and business sectors. She’s spent the last 10 years primarily focused on franchise brands, providing insight and direction for integrated digital marketing, campaign management, social media strategies, copywriting, public relations, branding, and creative direction.
Liane understands the unique intricacies involved working with and marketing for franchisor and franchisee. She is able to think both strategically and creatively and is fascinated by the psychology behind marketing and social media and what makes people click (literally click – like, comment, share, engage). Having worked with so many franchise brands both in consumer marketing and franchise development marketing, she realized there was a gap in executive leadership in emerging and mid-sized brands to accomplish comprehensive strategic marketing planning, marketing and sales alignment, and initiatives that produce real results with strong ROI. To that end, helloCMO, a franchise marketing consultancy, was launched – dedicated to fractional CMO or outsourced franchise marketing consulting engagements and projects for franchise concepts.
Liane is CFE certified and is a supplier member of the International Franchise Association. She is actively involved in the Women’s Franchise Committee and the Supplier Advisory Forum Board of the International Franchise Association. She also sits on the Board of the YUM! Center for Global Franchise Excellence.
